Introduction
Web OnCall provides you with the ability to review, amend, and update your on-call staff using the web. By using our systems, any changes you make are instantly available to our operators. Web OnCall also gives you the ability to access your schedule from anywhere, opening it up to all your staff to check when they are on-call.


Security
You are allocated two access codes for the Web OnCall. One code will allow view and reporting access to the schedule; the other will allow add, edit, and delete access.
This means that you can give a general access code to all team members, but restrict the changes to a selected sub-group or the administrative team for example.


Accessing Web OnCall
Point your web browser to the following URL: http://www.anserphone.net
Click on:    Customer Center
Click on:    Manage
Enter:        View Login Name            (case sensitive)
Enter:        Password


Once you log in, you are able to view several tabs
OnCall     This area reviews your on-call schedule and staff.
Messages     This area lists the current messages in your account.
Logout    Ends your session for now.



To make changes to your OnCall schedule, you will be prompted for a user name
Enter:        Super User Name         (case sensitive)
Password:



At this point you may make changes to the OnCall schedule.
