Call Experts has allowed your account access to a Check

Call Experts has allowed your account access to a Check-in Line for your convenience. By utilizing the Check-in Line, you can save you time and money. Callers who have used the check-in procedure are moved to the top of the answer queue. You will be on the phone for less time especially when there are no messages in your account improving the efficiency of both your staff and ours. The Check-in Line will announce how many messages are in your account. You can then decide whether or not you need to continue on to an operator. If you continue on to an operator, the call is uniquely identified as a call from an authorized staff member of your account.



To Access Call Experts's Check-in Line

First, dial: 908-412-2700 or 888-262-8666.

Next, enter your account number: _______________________________.

Finally, enter your passcode: ___________________________________.




You are now at the Check-in Line's Main Menu
The number of new/undelivered secretarial and voicemail messages will be announced.
Press 8 for User Options
Press 9 to Disconnect
Press 0 for Assistance




If there are no messages, you may hang up or press 9 to disconnect. In this case, it is not necessary to press 0 unless you need to convey something to the operator like: changing your current status, or checking an old message, etc. If there are messages you may press 0 to continue on to an operator who will assist you in retrieving those messages.

User Options, key press 8, will move you into any voicemail options the Call Experts has activated on your account. For a complete list of available voicemail options and their functions, please contact us.
