Statement of Expectations


Goals of the Service Provider:
Service Provider shall attempt to successfully complete all transactions, both incoming and outgoing. However, the Client shall recognize that there exists factors outside of the Service Providers control that may interdict or impede such attempts.


Modifications to an Account:
Client shall recognize that modifications to their account are scheduled by the programmers to be implemented on the production server(s). These modifications take time to implement. Unless special arrangements are otherwise made, the client shall recognize that their submission will be implemented in the order it was received with respect to other changes submitted by other clients. In most cases a tentative timeframe for implementations will be offered at the time of submission. Any circumstances that affect the ability of the Service Provider to complete a call transaction will immediately be prioritized to the top of the programming queue.


Account Review Period:
Client shall recognize that implemented changes to their account may require notification and/or re-training of the call center staff members. If the Service Provider determines it is required, the process can take up to five working days. Should the client make or send any calls through to the Service Provider during this period it shall be with the full knowledge that the re-training process may not yet be complete.
